Fillers

Dermal Fillers (Hyaluronic acid)

Dermal fillers are made up of hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. It is responsible for attracting and holding water within the skin, giving the skin a youthful appearance.

Over time, hyaluronic acid is metabolised by the body, causing the skin to develop lines and appear sunken. Dermal fillers restore hyaluronic acid molecules to the skin, causing it to ‘plump’ the skin and give it a smoother, more voluminous appearance.

As we age we lose volume and skin laxity and we can appear sunken, Dermal fillers restore
hyaluronic acid molecules to the skin, which plumps up the area and improves the signs of aging including drooping, sagging and loose skin.

The thickness of the dermal filler gel varies and is used for different purposes. The right treatment depends on the area being treated and the amount of volume to be restored. Our experienced and knowledgeable Doctor has performed over 20,000 treatment and can develop a unique treatment plan with you to create a natural and youthful appearance.
